Migrant Worker Guides

The Migrant Worker Guides were a set of multilingual thematic booklets. The project aimed to help four different streams of migrant workers in Ontario. The booklets cover employment, housing, health, everyday life, work permits, and legal rights.

All the guides followed the same pattern design. Besides, I worked with an outsourced illustrator to create custom illustrations. The illustrations captivated the action, skills, and tools used for each migrant stream.

The graphical elements included different levels of detail. For example, we used covers, page separators for sections, how-to steps, and backgrounds for callouts.

I used different principles of readability and web typography for easy reading.
